The fish you catch is the fish you take home. It will be hard for you to find a better cared for product than the one you will get from my boat. Your fish are bled out and out on ice once landed, Salmon, are gutted/gilled and put on ice. Back at the dock your catch will be filleted, cut into portions to your liking and vacuum packed/flash frozen. All the fish you catch will be boxed up in approved airline shipping containers which will allow you to check as baggage for your trip back home. I have customers that fly as far as Atlanta or Dallas and have no problems of getting the fish home frozen.
